Those who have taken pictures with Canon SX-50 and similar cameras inspired me to get an inexpensive Chinese adapter so I could use some of my EF mount lenses with my Pentax Q7. The adapter came yesterday, so I went out into the cold (10 degree F) and photographed the first two visitors at our bird feeder. Under this setting I don't have any control over aperture, and manually focusing these normally auto-focus lenses was "different", but a little PP was all that was needed to get a couple of nice pictures.
