Hope everyone had a GREAT Valentine's Day! So, now you can show me WHAT you did to celebrate the day!
Snow storm in NE, so I got some small quilts sewed up!
Did you buy your sweetheart a box of chocolates? or the heart shaped necklace?
Maybe sent a card?
some other type gift?
Spend time at the Casino? Did you win?????
Get some flowers?
Savor some Chocolate covered strawberries?
More sweets for your sweetie?
Maybe cup cakes?
Or just spend some time together?????
we had a quiet day at home till evening and then joined other family and went to our grand daughters basketball game. I decided I wanted to jump up and down and scream and holler so left the camera at home as I already have a whole card full of BB pics to go through. They lost, but she played a great game and is happy to be a freshman getting time on the varsity team.
Wow, all those possibilities and I was home battling a sinus infection. Feeling better today. I will enjoy seeing others flowers and candy.

Thanks for the interesting post. I had 2 of my grandchildren stay overnight - previously got Valentine's gifts out to all 5 grandchildren.
I enjoyed your pictures - especially loved your 1st with the quilting and was so surprised to see your "octagon" table that you had your vase of flowers on. I have one exactly like that - how "rare" can that be?

Beautiful start Lavonne. Thanks for hosting.
We celebrated the marriage of a dear friend. It was the most elegant affair I'd been to in a long time. The ceremony was so meaningful, the reception was in a choice hotel in Portland and the food was delicious. Beyond delicious!
I celebrated Valentine's Day at Mardi Gras. You can see that there was a lot of red at the parade in honor or Valentine's Day.

Love that caption - "Just because you can....LOL"
Posted this in Free Sunday, but this is what happens in Portland on Valentine's day...a "Phantom" goes about the city taping hearts of various sizes on buildings, landmarks etc. This "woman" lost her head and had her socks blown off when the Phantom placed a heart next to her.

Tells a story of current times and also quite a neat Phantom idea
