Love the first two. You've taken what could have been a mundane subject and created each as a work of art.

I really appreciate your very kind words imageal!!
So glad you enjoyed them, and thanks for the visit!!

Nice set, Angela! downloads are very attractive! Still snowing! just heard on the weather that they are calling for +2, -3,and -7 later this week! Bella is guarding the wood stove! Stay warm!

WOW... Corky, that stinks!! I bet Bella must enjoy a romp or two in that cold white stuff, I'm sure you guys don't get to experience that very often!! But this weather is crazy, I don't mind the snow, but those temps are killers..... 15 here this morning and snowing!
Stay warm, and curl up by the stove with Bella, and keep thinking spring!

Like them all especially the African Violet.
That IS as violet is it not?

Thanks Corolyn for your visit and kind words, and yes, that is an African violet that I worked on a bit. I have about 8 African violet plants, some I started with leaf clippings. People think they are hard to grow, but they are not. I water once a week from the bottom and have flowers all the time!
Glad you enjoyed!

Thanks Merry and glad you enjoyed! I was never an African violet lover, especially since I have no window sills and 6 cats!! But when my mother passed, I took hers that she loved. We added a sunroom onto the house, and presto!! I have about 8 plants, some I started from leaf clippings, and her original plant which is over 30 years, and I've had it for about 10, is never without flowers!! Now I love them, water them once a week from the bottom and instant success!! You should give them another try!

Thanks Merry and glad you enjoyed! I was never an... (show quote)

that is so cool angela! i'd love to try them, but just don't have a sunny enough window in the sun room or any where else, and now where to keep them away from tucker the curious cat.. we are surrounded with tall pines and a few big oaks, so have to do the gardening outside.

I have all mine packed onto a bakers rack, there is no room now for my over grown cats to get in there!! But I know exactly what you mean, they are the reason I never bring fresh flowers inside... they chew everything!!
Cats are funny!!

You guys need to stop. Next thing we know, she'll forget all about us in favor of some street corner in Greenwich Village where she will sell her pics and not talk to us lowly hoggers anymore.
