Found some geese taking advantage of the warmer weather because the ice on a local the lake had melted. They can't wait for spring, either!

Nice shots. It appears you have photos of two different types of geese. 1 and 3 are Canada geese. 2 appears to be a cackling goose. It has a shorter neck, shorter bill and is smaller all around compared to the Canada. It also appears to have a slight white ring around his eye. Nice shots. P
