I have been oil painting and taking photographs since I was seven years old and really appreciate the reference material (birds and flowers, mostly). And of course all the discussions because I really want to improve my own photography. Thank you, everyone!

Welcome. I've been using photo references for most of my paintings over the years. Through UHH I've become more interested in photography for photography's sake. You'll learn a lot and have fun here. Keep posting.
