I use Serif on my laptop it has gotten much better and in my opinion is getting very close to coming on level with Photoshop I have cs 6 so cannot vouch for cloud apps but someday may give in and try them not now though, After-shot and corel have a way to go with their standalone s, but Corel Draw suite 7 is awesome
