A few close up photos that I shot that are not dragon or damselflies. Just a little variety. Thanks for looking!

Hey Sylvia, thanks for looking in and commenting. I'm glad you liked them. The frogs were on reeds in a lake in Florida where I was helping with a dragonfly survey. All were about 1 M off the water. Very cute.
Cheers!

Thanks Carol. I went for variety because all I have posted since I joined were dragons and damsels that I shoot for the county survey. I figured that people would get sick of them even though they are each very different. I was down in Florida in November shooting dragons at Palm Coast. I'd love to be down there anywhere right now. Thanks for taking the time to look and comment. I appreciate it.

Thanks Angela. I'm looking to expand my subjects a little. I'm glad you liked them. The frog picture I took while surveying dragons with the Univ. of Florida in Gainesville. I came home and the guys said,"Hey Doc, so you were standing thigh deep in a swamp shooting pictures and you knew there were no venomous snakes or alligators in there how?"
I might have to rethink my next trip south.

Yeah Jan, we have tree frogs here in PA but you don't see them that often. They're Grey Tree Frogs and measure about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long. Quite camouflaged.
Thanks so much for taking a look. I always appreciate your comments.Cheers.

GREAT set! The tree frog is my favorite -- it reminds me of naked baby pictures.

Erv if you saw it you would totally dismiss it as bird poop. It is really cool looking. It's about 1" long. Glad you were amazed. That's what I always tried to do with my students.

Yeah, well, Angela sometimes I'm better off being blind to what's going on around me. This was one of them. When I had time to think about it I had to ask myself, "what the heck were you thinking?" That and going out at dusk along these swampy canals in the middle of nowhere to look for Shadowdragons.

I'm glad you liked them Sherry. Those frogs were everywhere just hanging out on reeds in the water sunning themselves. They feel like soft smooth skin. Thanks again for looking.
