Thanks Dixiegirl! Sometimes a dark and cloudy day provides an even, moody light that works very well with macro images.

Absolutely agree, Doc. It's my favorite lighting for closeup flowers especially.

Whoa! I love that color palette and the simple composition of the leaves drmarty. Butterfly Bushes are usually such busy, cacophonous things that this makes a nice change.
