I cloned my hard drive to Solid State in my Lap top window 7 and everything in Photoshop works except my Nik products with the exception of Define and Viveza 2. Google has not fixed the problem with new downloads.
What I see when I use the product is no picture in the center and not preset photos.

I've seen this problem before and I think that may have something to do with your GPU settings in PS. In PS, go to Edit>Preferences>Performance and check if your graphics processor is enabled. if it doesn't show a processor detected, then go to advanced and un-check "Use OpenGL". I was having the same issue in LR on an older computer and disabling OpenGL fixed it.

If that doesn't work email Google and if you are the registered owner they will send you a new copy of the software to install. That solved all my problems when I moved to a new laptop.

I had problems, with NIK software, when using Windows 8 ... (I re-installed Windows 7, and the all of my other software after that... Everything worked as expected.

I will not be making use of Windows 8 = as it IS NOT that Great.

Perhaps it was the method that you used to install the NIK software? I installed my CS-5 First and then the other "plug-ins" afterward.

I had all kinds of problems with NIK until I increased RAM from 4 to 8 in windows 8. Now it works just fine.
