i am needing your help to fix this image it was a picture that was taken while i was very nervus as it was a model i have asked to her image while she was on a photoshot! oppsss ...so any help i will love~

Played around with your picture and came up with this, it's not perfect but I hope it is better.

PS Elements 8 Lasso selection of model (L) ... Duplicate selection (Command J) ... Filter/Blur/Gausian blur to liking on original layer ... Erase (E) on selection layer to blend the two layers ... Flatten and save new image (give it a new name to preserve original.
