Your focus is a little soft (but please remember I like mine to be tack sharp, so I'm a little bit biased when it comes to it). When she has her hand resting on her chin, have her place it there, not really touching her face it will avoid the squishy face and will help stop pushing her cheek up into her eye and lip areas.
I can see two feet in the background, she has the crossed at the ankles.
She is super cute by the way, but I think I have told you that before. :)

oh I love my nifty-fifty, it's a great little lens. You are going to love it, I promise.
A little tip for ya: don't try shooting wide open right away, try it around f/3.5, it seems get the sharpest results there, you'll still get wonderful bokeh but your subject will be in focus and you won't get frustrated with it right out of the box. Once you start getting the hang of using it at f/3.5 then start opening up the Aperture a little at time.
Even thou I can, I rarely shot at 1.8 (with people as my subject) but still get wonderful background blur at f/3.5 because the distance from my subject and my subjects distance from the background.
