Not sure I like the "all about me" theme of the video, but it is spectacularly done and the videography is very good. It also make me want to pack my bags and hit the road.....

to me Vietnam represents the biggest waste of American soldiers in history. when we first started talking terms in the late 50's or early 60's we laughed at no. vietnan's offer. in the 70's after 50.000 deaths and billions in profits for the few, we left under those same terms.

Being from the Vietnam generation and a veteran, I agree Vietnam was a waste of American lives but it was not the biggest. That distinction goes to the American Civil War when 620,000 men lost their lives.

The Civil War was America's bloodiest conflict. Nearly as many men died in captivity during the Civil War as were killed in the whole of the Vietnam War.

Thank you for your service! Rich. The old saying was the unwilling led by the incompetent to do the unnecessary for the ungrateful.

I consider the civil war as a sad situation the war was not a waste but many of the deaths were wasteful.

Another rich kid with a backpack pack showing us all how beautiful Vietnam is. As a Vietnam Vet I don’t get it. I’m not going into a big rant but I could write from now until tomorrow morning. This would be like my father watching a volleyball game on Omaha Beach or my father-in-law watching a bike ride around the Bataan Peninsula. You want to take a scooter ride kid? How about from Baghdad to Fallujah?

I know. They know nothing of what this country went through or what it did to so many men. Nor how badly they were treated when they returned.
