Short Walk on a Winters Day

Took a short walk (1/8th of a mile) on a winters day to work. Not a lot of snow this storm but it stuck to the trees

Really like the mood and compositions of 2, 3 and 4. Also really like the flag shot and mailbox (#7?) - again, terrific mood of cold and lonely, but with a pop of color (and hope?).

Good Afternoon Lind - the 3rd Photo is my bran on the right and white house partially shown behind my neighbors barn. Across the street is photo #2 barn and next house up (where I worked yesterday) shows the flag and mailbox.
We only had 5 " this storm to the previous 30 " ; another 6 forecasted for Monday - ugg ;-)

Good Afternoon jstauf- The red barn is my neighbors barn - mine is to the right and white house above the red barn is my house ;-) Love how colors come alive due to the weather and lighting. More snow perdicted for Monday ugg

Thank you FrodoBaggins- This is the beginning of the driveway to a client- love the contrast with the winter chill..

You are just too funny - what kind of dog do you have - he's very cute. Mine is Lab/Blue Tick blue hound mix and 14 years young ;-)

She is a beagle- corgi mix I think. She may have Australian Dingo the way she eats.

Evening- we are waiting for the winds to die down to shovel the five inches we just got. I canciled one job 30 minutes away and decided to walk to my second three houses away- took the camera with me.
Hopefully tomorrow morning we will shovel and prepare for Monday - I love summer , spring and fall -but winter wish it was only a months long
