Would hate to walk through that part of the woods on a dark of the moon night! Very nice!

I really like these Linda, the fog lends them a mystic beauty of forgotten cemetery's in the top three with the old weather worn headstones and unkempt surroundings, great shots. The last one is a combination of beauty with many of the old headstones standing tall with crosses among newer ones, the black and white with the angle and fog makes this a stand out shot.

Thanks so much for your very lovely comments, natureshot. I appreciate! So glad you enjoyed.

Thank you so much for your very kind comments, David. The weather inspired the mood and compositions. I would have hauled out the 10-18 mm, but fingers were numb within a few minutes :|

I can sympathize with you Linda, but since it has been 70-80 degrees here last week, I am glad it is not us that has that cold weather. I would have loved to see some shot with the 10-18.....maybe when it warms up...Hope, Hope!!!

Nik Color Efex filters used for mood; however, the fog was real :)

Thanks for viewing!

Thanks so much for your input, Joe! I went back to the original; the grass is quite a bit lighter because of contrast with trees, but here is, without special effect, and with grasses darkened through Nik Viveza and PSE 12 burning tool. I like it both ways :)

Thank you so much for your kind comments, Gregory. So glad you enjoyed!

After chatting with bigtex2000, I'm going to use my 10-18 mm next time. I was too cold to do it for this series (was already using two lenses, lol).

LOL - hard to remember back to my uncomplicated life with a Canon Rebel XT and an 18-55 kit lens...four years with just that combo!
