Early this month I placed with B&H a significant order for photography equipment. As always the order was handled beautifully and was received right on time. Somehow--still don't have a clue how this happened--a camera grip was not to be found. Went through the box and my fading memory several times to find the phantom grip. Finally determined that the grip either had not been included in the shipment or had been mysteriously removed somewhere along the way. Called B&H Customer service and they asked for photos of the shipping box, trying to determine if the box could have been somehow compromised during shipping. After they examined the images, they immediately mailed another grip, with their regrets for MY inconvenience. Well, the day before the new grip arrived, I found the one that I had somehow hidden from myself. Called them to fess up, and they immediately emailed a return shipping label, so that I wouldn't be out even the return shipping cost which was incurred due to my own mess-up. Bottom line: No shipping charged for original order; no shipping charged for the second grip; and no shipping charged for the returned grip. I suppose there may be other retailers with CS this good--but there sure as heck can't be any better!! Jim
I'm having a similar stellar experience with B&H.
I recieved a camera for Christmas that was purchase a few weeks before. It appears the battery slowly drains when the camera is off. It takes several days to be obvious. To fully and completely document the issue would take several weeks.
I was reluctant to take advantage of their generous customer service policy, but B&H insisted I exchange it.
B&H seems to have written the book on how to be a model online retail business.
That's why I don't even look anywhere else.

I have had numerous dealings with customer service ranging from exchanges, price matching and price adjustments.
Their customer service is second to none. That keeps me coming back for all of my gear.

B&H is nothing short of stellar - every order, every time I talk/email/chat with CS has been always courteous and professional....
