I am looking for suppliers of plastic envelopes 11x14 and larger that have the sticky tape on the body instead of on the flap.

I should have been clearer on my description. These are clear plastic sleeves to put matted art work in. Most all these come with the tape on the flap, in which case most always sticks to the artwork when removing it from the sleeve. I'm sure some of you can relate.
