I am fortunate to have met a few Jet Ski riders about three years ago and have been photographing them ever since . For the second year I went to the Daytona Freeride one of the larger events , I received some acclaim for the first photo , and this year even more for the second one . I am competing with 4 or 5 pros that use top end equipment , I have the 100 400 L but it still gives me lens envy at these events where the 600 L prime seems to be in everyone's bag , and the 5 mark III is used as the second camera ! Watch for this to become an Olympic event , would be much better then long jumping snow machines ! lol

Ron.

Hate JetSkis.
Love the shots. I'm kinda' glad they're not my shots: I'm already too full of myself ....

Really nice shots. Bigger lens could not be much better if any and maybe the lighter 100-400 allowed you to get the shot; has to swing faster than the 600.

Nice shots! Yes, the 600 is my dream lens as well.
