Day 60 - Photo A Day Challenge - 2-29-2012
Welcome to Day 60 .. Two full months ... what a ride it's been so far. I am so proud of everyone for participating in this challenge with me.
Just getting out there everyday ... or nearly everyday is in itself a miracle. Being the last day of the month... it's our day to apply what we have learned.
I have listed all the challenges on a separate sheet so it won't take up half this page LOL. Pick any one you want
.. or more than one if you want ...just let us all know which one you chose.
This should be a fun day .. I look forward to seeing what
everyone posts.

Good Morning Everyone... :-D Your morning wake up call
No close up, Sher, You get the whole rooster today. He wanted you to see just how fine he really is
Good Morning everyone. I don't get to comment alot due to time. Please forgive me. I have enjoyed all your posts. Everyone is doing a wonderful job.
Pat... congratulations...a bit late.
Anything I post today will probably be after work. It is pouring rain here this morning so we will see. Have a good day.
Later.... I like the roosters.
This is a toy that my great grandfather widdled from a piece of wood.
Nature in My Neighbourhood and Motion
Even though I have just started participating in this wonderful photo journey the past couple of days, I regret I hadn't known of it earlier; however today's choices offer an opportunity to share somewhat belatedly. As my main photographic interest is nature, topic # 14 , nature in your neighbourhood is the first topic choice for today and this naturephoto also overlaps with topic #12 motion. In
this photo is of a group of Snow Buntings ( a.k.a. Snowbirds which were startled into flight by the appearance of my car stopping on the highway adjacent to the field where they were feeding. i though in the photo they appeared as giant snowflakes falling from the sky.
#14 Motion
This snowy, blowy weather image gives you an idea of yesterday's weather. Yes, indeed, it was a windy cold day, not to my liking, but what was to my liking was the opportunity to capture a picture of this swirling, blowing motion of the fresh, overnight light snow being blown off the old barn roof
For the moment I'll go with #24..People Movers

Fred, again you were there at the right time, the right moment. I would love to have your patience LOL
Good morning,
I see that we have a lot of people on UHH that are from the mid west, and in the wake of last nights storms, I hope you are all safe and sound. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sincerely,
Ellen
I'll start with 9 ... water. Haven't had time to do any work on the second one but am so excited to finally have it all put together. Thinking we'll probably just have to go back and retake.
Street photography, shallow depth of field, repeating patterns, and leading lines.
on the repeating patterns and leading lines, (some history)
this is the flight 800 memorial that went down off the shores of Long Island many years ago.
