I have an Orion (Telescope.com) T-Ring adapter for Nikon with a 1.25" Orion Variable Universal Camera Adapter and a T-1.25" Adapter. There are 3 pieces all together.
Orion is selling the 1.25" Orion Variable Universal Camera Adapter and T-25" adapter as a kit for $52.99, and the T-Ring adapter for Nikon for $21.99.
Fits in most telescopes with a 1.25" eyepiece opening.

It was probably used once or twice before I stored my telescope in the basement. So now that I'm back taking pictures of the moon, I bought another one, not knowing I already had the first one.

Oh, yeah. If anyone in the NY area is interested in the scope; I'd like to get a smaller, more manageable-for-a-retiree sized scope, it's an Orion SkyView Pro 8 (8") reflector and has the optional GoTo kit which is now packaged with it, and a Polar alignment scope. It's about 6 years old and I've hardly used it. Telescope.com sells this package for $1100.00.

PayPal is good! I think I have to send you an invoice and you'll get instructions from there. I sell coins on eBay only via PayPal, but I never used it to sell or collect anything outside of eBay.

Sure wish you did live closer. My wife got mad at me for leaving the scope in the living room. Had to lug it back down to the basement. It's raining today, and probably tomorrow, but I wanted to use it on Friday. Oh, well. Actually, I wish I lived closer to you. I LOVE California and would move there in an instant if my wife didn't have so much family here.

Just so you know, I shipped the adapter kit out yesterday. I included some instructions from 2 sources. When I tried my new one out ( they're essentially the same) it was chilly and I couldn't focus it properly. I really never used either set more than once. If you have learned something about using it, please share and post some pix.
As I'm not in California, I'll have to wait until it's a little warmer before I get out with my scope again. Probably next month.
