Sitting at my computer desk reading about focus. I was trying to think of something I could photograph that would contain both moving and stationary objects. At that moment I leaned back in my chair and looked up at the ceiling fan and experienced an "Ah Ha" moment. This is the result.

And for the last 40+ years....I thought I was the only person that did this sort of thing? LOL
Seriously though, this is a simple exercise that can unlock many thoughts that can and will lead you to new and sometimes creative ways of approaching a project.
I am always learning new tricks. I hope I never stop!
