north american nebula. ngc-7000
#1 canon T3i non -mod, iso 400, 25 lights at 30 sec. each. Scope AT65edq, f/6.5 ,f/l 420 mm. #2 canon T3i,100 mm lens, iso 100, f3.2, 19 lights at 240 sec. each. ngc-7000 center of #2.
This is an amazing image and very well done. I don't know much about this kind of photography and was not even sure what kind of equipment you used to capture this image. I am assuming the Scope is a telescope and 25 lights at 30 sec is something I have no idea about. Could you share a little more about how you took this image and the equipment used.
Nice! Amazing color for an unmodded camera also.

Thanks for looking Walt. Equipment used was an equatorial mount with a small refraction telescope attached to mount and DSLR attached to scope. The light frames contain the data of the object being photographed. 30 seconds is the length of each of the 25 exposures. You can also just mount the camera to the equatorial mount as I did in image #2 not use a scope and get a wider field of view.
Thanks for the  Douglass
