I have both the 50mm 1.8 and 35mm 1.8. I bought the 50 first, but in hindsight, should have done it in reverse since the 35mm is a little friendlier indoors where space might be a concern (on a D7100). Both are great lenses, though.
I have both the 35mm f1.8 & 50mm f1.8 and I use the 35mm 99% of the time for indoor shots. You won't be disappointed.
Remember that the 35mm will give you the equivalent of a 50mm on a full frame and the 35mm will give you close to normal human field of vision, the 50mm would be like having a 75mm on a full frame when used on a cropped sensor D7000

Hurry! Jump on this! Damn! Sorry I already have one.
Since your camera has a focusing motor there are lots of buys on the older 50mm auto focus lenses that don't have one. You may consider B&H or some of the other dealers of used lenses and go with the older used models. - Dave
The 50mm focal length is better for portraits It yields a flatter face (more foreshortening). It also provides less depth of field at a given distance and aperture, so it will give you better separation of a sharp subject from an out-of-focus background.
The 35mm, used on DX, provides about same "normal" *angle of view* (crop) as the 50 does on FX. It may be better as an all-around choice.
Only your general needs, habits, and subject choices can guide you most properly here.
I got a heck of a deal thru UHH on a "virtually" new 35mm. I'm using it on my D7100 and love it. I recommend it. If you can find a referb or used in good condition, jump on it. You won't be disappointed. BTW, mine was $130.00 + $8.00 shipping. With the quality and condition of the lens, it was a steal.

Don't know. Nobody's ever wanted to before,
You might try just logging out up in the menu choices at the top of the home page.
Farewell! We're all sorry that you've been required to sell all your photo equipment.

I think he might be referring to deleting multiple instances of the same post. He posted the same thing three times in a row.
