Many to choose from... Photoshop, Photomattix and others - look here for a list on Wikipedia.

For panorama creating (stitching) I have used Photoshop Elements 12 - but since that was only 32 bit it was slow and restricted to 4 GB of ram or less, PSE 13 went 64 bit which made it faster and could use all the ram I had, Hugin did well being faster than Photoshop Elements it seemed, then I ended up with Photoshop - very fast, very good and no ram issues at all.
I have yet to try focus stacking, but I have a feeling that Photoshop will be my go to tool for that as well.
