Well what do you know Mike! I have the same picture of that covered bridge, only in the summer time.:):) I wish I was there to meet you!! Janny's sister lives in Eugene and we have been out there 4 times now. We drive around the whole state when we can. Last time out I put 2000 miles on the rental car.:):)

Thanks very much, that's interesting, I think that bridge is one of the nicest I have seen. You know there are a bunch more of these in Oregon but I found some are beyond repair. Do you have any in Ohio?

I think we found 18 or so Mike when we were out there. We do have a lot in Ohio. And they are fixing up the old ones too. If they can't fix them, they put them up on dry land and make a road side park. And then make a new one just like the old. My heart smile to see it being done!

You have a good eye, the fisherman is hard to see. The river is the Umpqua great for trout and as you say for steelhead. However when I asked the man having any luck he said no.
