Re:"Path into the Fog": Although the darkest darks are not very dark, and the lightest lights are not very light, the subtle contrast and range of tones work beautifully. The eye is definitely drawn deep into the fog in the upper left. Sublime image, well captured. Nice touch.

Re:"Window of Branches": Many similar qualities. The background is clearly set off from the "frame," but remains ethereal.
