Black teens are ruining the city just like they have in so many others.
Now they are ruining the malls shoppers will stop going the city will slowly die.

What question does it raise? This IS a problem, and one that is not unique to b****s. Throughout history a community full of young people who are without direction will be in trouble. Mayor Giuliani of NYC was widely taken to task for allowing the children of i*****l a***ns to attend school - but he rightly pointed out that NYC had 30,000 such kids, and forcing them to NOT be in school - both to hang out on street corners and to get no education - would come back to haunt NYC in a big way. Clearly our society faces a huge problem with the widespread lack of cohesive families in the black community. Children need direction, structure, and role models. And many kids have none. I guess the really big challenge is how to reverse that.
