Thank you very much. Took a sunrise and sunset tour with an Indian Guide that grew up in Monument Valley and knew just where to take us and at what times of the day. It was an awesome experience.

how did you connect with him? At the visitor center?
sounds like the thing to do if I ever get back there

I'm very humbled and honored to have one of my photos I shot while in Monument Valley this October selected as their Photo Of The Day for December 13, 2014.

They chose well! This is beautiful.

I researched guided tours at Monument Valley on the internet and found one I liked. I talked to them on the phone, liked what I heard and scheduled a Sunrise tour on one day and a Sunset tour on the next day. The name of the Tour Company is "Majestic Monument Valley Touring Co. They are also on Facebook. Both tours were in a private four wheel drive SUV and the terrain was very rough as there were no paved roads. For us, it was the best way to see the Valley and we could never have seen what we did in any other way. I highly recommend this Tour Company.
