The city has many areas of mini parks and flowers...How can I eliminate the brownish cast from the lights? The tree shot was taken in St. Pete Beach, FL. I went to the beach to get sunset shots. Instead a rain storm came in...

If you shoot raw you can easily adjust the balance but another option is to find something that should be white or gray and try to balance from that.

Alternative may be to use a gray card take a shot of that and use it to white balance the rest of the shots.

Just play with the hue/saturation and/or contrast/light in PP and see if you can come up with something you like.
Some programs have auto fix and stuff like that, that you can try too.

Hi you should use your white balance adjustment on your camera by testing different settings to achieve best results.if you have the time look up what each setting does and try it .good luck
