I found out the hard way that when opening the Organizer, it crashes, and a screen says "close the program", look at the "details" link for more information on the cause....Adobe help couldn't figure this crash problem out and I spent days on it. Turns out that the details tab mentioned the "H264Codec.ax" file was causing the error. I researched the codec and found that if you installed Pinnacle TV Pro on your PC, that in "program files\pinnacle\shared\filter" the file "H264codec.ax" will be there. I renamed the file just to test and voila..everything came up fine....after all that time waisted with tech support...I since uninstalled Pinnacle TV Pro.....So if your having problems with the Organizer ccrashing on opening, check the "details tab" for a clue....
