We've all heard the stories and rants from photographers who have had to suffer the backhanded compliment about "I love your work; you must have a great camera". (And no, I'm not going to include the joke about the hostess having a great stove). I happened on this set of graphics this morning while strolling around the Internet, and thought I'd share it. Hopefully will make you chuckle a bit.

Thanks I needed that!  Mike J
YES! That was really good...
I "LIKE IT" when someone sees my work in a gallery setting, or show, and they say ( in a complementing way ) = "This Looks Just Like A Painting". = I understand that "they" do not have too much else to compare a photograph with.
And Then there is the "Not-For-Profit" organizations who say = "If you 'give' us our work (or shoot for free) you will get really Great Exposure."
My Reply to those outfits is simply = "I get Great Exposure ALL the time in my cameras...." ... AND I must say that If these Non-Profit joints are really charitable orgs. WHY are the CEO's Getting Six Figures on their salary? Do they think that they are in Congress?
