Which would you prefer? I am having trouble deciding on which on to get. Any suggestions?

I only have experience with the Canon 24-70 f2.8 L. It's a nice lens. Great for Landscapes,Portraits and low light situations. Check out the lens reviews at B&H or Adorama.

Rg6guy,
Of the three the Canon 24-70 F2.8 is the way to go, much better lens, also it is sealed and weather proofed. Shoots superb photos, but expensive.

I like the Canons' 24-70 but the price. There is a new version coming out but at a bigger price! $2000 +.

What will you use the lens for?
What body are you using?
I shoot a 1/3 crop and the 24-105 is my choice for a general use lens. Wide enough for most applications and the extra 35mm on the long end come in handy. IQ between the 2 canon lenses is just about equal. Even though the 24-105 is only f/4, it's IS easily compensates for the one stop less light. Both are weather sealed.
If you are shooting a 1.6 crop you might consider the 17-55 2.8.
Can not comment on the Siggy as I have never shot with it.
Again, what you will be shooting and what body you use will have a big impact on which lens will be best for your purposes.
http://the-digital-picture.com/ has tons of good info on all canon lenses and a great lens recommendation section.
