Man....this Old-man memory issue is really getting to me now that I'm 52!

I was on a thread today and a person recommended a book about using a light meter....and I'll be darned if I can remember what thread it was on and who said it.....

Can the person who did this let me know what it was?

HELP!!! ::)

Just go to the top of the page and go to topic logs, or my posts. :-D I am the same way. Things move pretty fast here.

But I don't remember the name of the book nor of the thread the suggestion was in!

The suggestion came in a thread on a different subject entirely...it's buried somewhere in some thread.

All I remember was it was today and it was about light meters....

At the risk of shameless self-promotion, you might want to look at Perfect Exposure, by Roger Hicks.

And there are several modules on meters and metering in http://www.rogerandfrances.com/subscription/photo%20school%20index.html including a recent one on second-hand light meters: http://www.rogerandfrances.com/subscription/meter%20models.html

Cheers,

Shameless self-promotion, yes. But well done. Love the site. Easy to navigate, brief & informative narrative, and, of course, love the photos. Thanks for the link.

Roger never be shy about promoting that which you have so generously given us. Thank you for doing so.

Great film articles Roger. Not at all shameless. Makes we want to dust off the K1000 and give it a whirl. Always liked that antique. Thanks for the inspiration.
