Waiting on Santa

I was trying to get an idea what settings to use and my grandson let me take his photo. I only wished I had a bit of catchlight in his eyes.
Photo is taken with west window light in the early afternoon with no flash. I would like to know how to add catchlight if I don't get them. Any takers?

Easy. You can clone them in simply by sampling a bright area from either above the window sill or the back part of his shirt. Just make sure to even them up. But if this is all natural light, why would you want catch lights if the light is from above and behind?

I am with Tom on this one. They would do more harm than good. You can tell where the light is coming from. And with the glass he has on, the eyes look natural.

Thanks, tainKC, you are always so good to help. Light is from above & behind so you make a valid point. I guess I just thought it had to have them to make a good photo. Thanks for helping. I would most likely blotch it up to try to artificially implant them.
