lightroom and skin tone

whenever i try adjusting apicture i took with on camera strobe i seem to get a grayish cast to the skin tones. these arent professional shots but better snapshots.
what could be giving this color cast?

Start with WB see what it does. Are you shooting RAW or jpeg? Post an image, save original would be very helpful.

should have written process a picture in lightroom the skin tones come out with a grayish cast. the whole picture looks like its in a light fog.

First thing: get the colors right in camera.

Then no need to adjust in post.

I accepted an offer of one whole month for free. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about it. I was reminded when they charged me $25 for January. Oh, well. I'll have to spend some time on lynda.com in January. I find that one month at a time is all I can take.

Now that I have it, how do I save videos?

By the way, I didn't like their home screen - for the download. there was a bunch of people laughing at me. :D

EDIT: Okay. I think I got it. After the video starts, I clicked on the blue arrow in the upper right. Then it does a 20-second countdown. It seems that as each installment ends, the recording also ends. I'll play around with this a bit.
