The clouds set the mountains off nicely.

Great look! I have hiked the area! Several great shots even while in the campground there!

You have given me a idea to try, as I had not thought of taking B&W shots of our beautiful area! Thank you!

Thanks! This is one of my latest favorites both the color and B&W versions of it. Thinking of printing it on Canvas...

Great shot. Contrast is awesome. A glass print maybe a better option.

Well done lloyd2

Well, justifiably so. In my opinion, your picture is the very reason we all are in here! Thank you for sharing that great shot. It really is one of the best views of the McDowell Mountains I have seen in a while. I almost expect to see John Wayne riding into the foreground!

Thanks for the suggestion.. I'm not familiar with printing on glass or metal but have heard of both... Need to do a bit of research.

I like the shot, love the tonal range. My only comment would be that the foreground is busy. I think you needed a close up focus point which could have been a plant, rock or some other feature.

I think you should find a puzzle manufacturer and have your photo made into a 1,000 to 1,500 piece puzzle. Puzzle solvers would find it challenging.

Thanks Mark7829, I appreciate the feedback and agree that would have made for an even better capture.

AZphotobug, Now that is something I've not thought of and I do like the idea, thanks.
