This past Saturday afternoon I went to Green Cay Nature Center, and Wakodahatchee Wetlands to capture some bird images. At Green Cay Nature Center the CooperÂ’s Hawk posed in different positions for me for over an hour.
For the Tech Geeks -
A Nikon D300S with a Nikon 70-200mm f-2.8 VR lens and a 1.4X Nikon Teleconverter was used to capture all these images. In order to get better lighting on the subject, I used my Nikon SB800 flash to capture the first 3 images. I used Lightroom 3 to do all my post processing. On various photos I used PS CS4 and various plug-ins to bring out more of the detail in these images.
I would appreciate your feedback and critique on these photos.
