I'll bet if you put a sign on the front lawn outside your house with a HUGE heading you'll get the same response from passersby.
"WANTED" is the heading for the FBI MOST WANTED LIST in the post office.
and
"FOUND" is the heading they use at terminals and supermarkets where they store lost items.
