Some Bird close-ups

First time this season shooting out of the blind....and man did I screw it up...flash battery's died on me after about 50 shots. These are with a D7100 the Sigma 150-500 lens and SB910 flash....all mounted on a mono pod, Vanguard pistol grip with a cable release.

Nice stuff Brent ! - it seems a tripod would be preferred in a blind ?? What f-stop ?

Thanks guys. Its a small pop-up blind and really no room for a tripod. These are at F9 to F11.

Very nice shot of the Junco! It's hard to get good feather detail without blowing out the whites. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
