Looking at a photo product.
Has anyone used Ashampoo Photo Commander 12? I am looking for a photo program to put on my computer. I have tried several and have not liked them. This looks like a pretty good program for a person like me who is not a professional.
Good price similar to Lightroom.
I can get it for less than twenty dollars. I will check out light room too. Thanks.
I have downloaded and installed Ashampoo Photo Commander 12. I took a very quick look at it and it looks like it could be a very capable program. It doesn't cost anything to try it. You might go to the Post-Processing Digital Images section of this forum and click on the Free Processing software selection (third from the top of the page) and check the list of free post-processing software there. I believe that some members of the UHH have checked out these programs and use some of them every day. If you are thinking of purchasing a program that is very much capable of most anything you might want to do, I would personally recommend Paintshop Pro X7 Ultimate (PSP). I use PSP as my go to software and have used it for over 10 years. There are many UHH members that use PSP. I do think Ashampoo Commander is probably worth a try. Whatever you decide to do I wish you the very best and have a GREAT DAY!
Thanks for the comments. I will check out your suggestions. Thanks.

Where can you buy it for less than $20?
you need PSC for $10.00 a month you get PS5 and Lightroom.
I got a email offering it to me from Ashampoo. I just looked and I had deleted it. They will send me another one pretty soon. I get them all the time.

Thanks. I have Ashampoo 10 but rarely use it. If you are just starting with PP try Picasa 3. From Google and free.
I see I have some choices to make. I definitely will check them out. thanks.
How easy is Picasa 3 to use for a person who never done PP before? Thanks!
