You might think this photo is PP but actually the Ibis walked into a shaft of sun light from a hole in shade tree above him.

Let me know if I identified the bird correctly as most Ibis I see are all white.

I think that it is a young "White Ibis" according to my field guide and it would live in your are. It appears that there is a lot of change in the bird as it grows up to a full white body as an adult.
