Firstly, a very appealing composition! Love the perspective from those ultra-wide angle lenses, and you framed your subject really nicely with the building.
Appropriate subject, great light and textures for a b&w conversion. I like #1 very much!
#2 is appealing too, but I'm spoiled by the perfection of #1 :)

Great composition and framing of the wagon. IMHO, number 1 is the winner, 2 seems to be overexposed for my likes. Regardless, great job.
