I was going to send a private message but it didn't have a form for pictures. Photoshop clone tool. It can be done better if you spend a little time on it.

You might also want to try cropping, brightening, and sharpening. This will come out much better when done on the original. If this kind of thing interests you...
If you want to see better examples of what can be done you can post using "(store original)" and then people can work with the full detail image vs. the little thumbnail UHH otherwise posts.
