Fractalius? No, it's a filter that offers nearly the same effects as Glow. It has a crappy interface tho, so I'm looking forward to trying this one.

I have recently downloaded Topaz Glow and I am enjoying it... it is another tool for that special occasion when you want something off of the beaten path... a little artsy...
