Very striking and the fence leads the eye into the distance. Nicely done.

Download is a must! Its a breathtaking scene,GM,and makes one pause, not only thinking about the vastness of the land, the serenity of a sunset but why a fence is there...keeping what in or out?

Thanks for looking and the kind words, carlysue. It appeared to be a cattle enclosure of some kind. Probably a rancher with a grazing permit at some time.

Thank you Rob. I was taking down the tent and packing up so we could leave after the 13 hour hike. I looked up, dropped the tent and grabbed the tripod and camera!

Good thing we packed up. After the 14 hour hike, it was getting dark and starting to sleet when we got back to the car. And 40 mile per hour winds.

An excellent composition, and I like this one a lot. The fence brings us right to the sunrise and color. Well done!
