Does anyone understand how stock photos work? If it is royalty free, do you just pay once and you can use it as long as you want or is it like a license that you have to renew? I am interested in getting backgrounds for green screened photos.
iStock photo's license is for unlimited use, so you pay for it once; morgueFile.com does not charge at all.
Look through the FAQs on a site to get the licensing information.

I don't use backgrounds, but if you are thinking of using them for clients make sure they are licensed for commercial use.
Something to do today, make up links for you to get free images for green screen. Check UH topics links tomorrow. I use backdrop every day it fun what you can do. I buy 90% of them on ebay. You need a 1TB exteral hard driver to set this up. best place to get that is tigardirect.com I'm not into videos so I can't help you on that. But tubetape.com help on that one. I use green screen wizard for the taking green out, he has alot of great backdrop for that on his program. Make it a fun thing. Make your own backdrops going photograph what you may think you can use in a photograph later.

Be cautious about 'stealing' music. Remember megadownloads. Even if you buy the music (Apple store etc) or buy the CD you don't own the music and can not, with few exceptions, use it commercially, Even true if you personallu sing or play the music on your own flugal horn.
