I figured that I would jump in and try a food photo. This is a special plate that I made for myself. It is boneless chicken breast covered with a seasoned tomato sauce that I made from scratch over white rice.
The Asparagus is fresh cut sauteed in a Garlic and herb mix. I strategically placed the spears for composition. If Russ would like some tips on how I photographed this so he can learn to do his restaurant menus better, I will be more than happy to teach him.
Come to think of it, I can no longer do so for I already ate this delicious gastronomic masterpiece and I already forgot my camera settings conveniently.
