An Eastern Skink.

This is a half grown Skink I saw in my back yard. He is about 8" long. I only saw him by chance & my camera only had a 300mm on it at the time. I couldn't really get close enough to him for a good photo as these little guys are very skittish. They are fairly common in most areas. Downloading will show him a little better.

Nice!

I wish I had a few of these running around in my back yard. All I ever get to see are squirrels, mice and birds.

My backyard has a few inches of snow in it right now. Don't think I am going to find any of those guys. Nice shot.

We have these, but I haven't seen any this colorful. Pretty little thing and a super picture of him, Earl. Download a must on this one to see the interesting pattern on his underside.

You did very well to capture that image Earl, they are very skittish indeed. Great shot.
