I'm saying the guy is dead. What can anybody do? I guess we could hang his body from an overpass but for the most part we don't do that in this country. What basis do you have for saying the Mayor doesn't give a s**t.

Holding cops accountable is not the same thing as hating them or not giving a s**t about them. Good cops who get trapped in the culture should welcome accountability. Certain leaders in this police officers union (and I'm quite pro union) need to get over themselves and the members need new representatives.

That was a power play and they need to accept that just because they were hired to enforce the law doesn't make them the law. The mayor is in charge and if he isn't doing something illegal they need to accept that. They work for the people. The people aren't required to worship them.
