First time shooting a game in the snow. Like they say, bad weather does make for interesting photos.

This is a very good action shot. Did you consider cropping a little tighter? I would have cropped a little from the top, bottom and left. On the right side, I would have cropped to the right of 15. The defender's grimace, a nich touch, is a problem. Do you keep him in, cut him in half (the logical place based upon 15), or cut him out thereby cutting through 15? I would probably cut him in half and then clone away what is left.
As for exposure, I think it is a bit overexposed. I might also boost the contrast or clarity a bit and perhaps increase the reds a little.

Fine shot jr. you have a keeper. I took the liberty of editing your photo for a stronger image. Most sports photos I see in UHH do not shoot tight enough. Also, to begin with they use lenses that are too shot in their captured image.
So far your football photo is the best I've seen in UHH yet! AP
jr, you made a fine photo. I made some adjustments below for you to compare.
I made a slight crop that brings your eye closer to player with ball and off the ground. Also a little contrast snap.
Thanks for all of the comments guys.
