Epson Artisan 837 producing light blue cast on photos

Ugly Hedgehop particpants have been so interesting and useful. Hope some one can help me. My new Epson 837 is not printing properly.
This printer is two months old and worked great for 8 weeks. Now all photos have a light greenish-blue cast. I have cleaned and aligned the heads, changed all ink cartridges with no improvement. Any ideas? Look forward to your help. Peter at Bear Hug Photography - pgrieves36@gmail.com

Uninstall the drivers, restart the computer, then download and install the latest version for your printer from Epson.com

I was just in the trouble shooting section for this printer. One of the suggestions was to go into the advance properties and make sure fix photo is off. I have the same printer and use it for my everyday use and it is a great printer good luck

Another potential problem might be the calibration of your monitor. Something might have changed with the settings.
What I mean by this is what you see to be correct on the monitor might not print as such, and almost always the culprit is your monitor not being calibrated properly which in turn creates a conflict of what you see and what you print not being the same in colour definition. If all else fails with re-setting your printer, have a look at calibrating your monitor fo accurate colours . Spyder has a good program .

One thing you might try is make sure you are using Epson papers. Epsons are quirky about the paper that you use and there is some embedding of what Epson printers like based on the paper. You might also take a look tools to color calibrate your monitor to insure what you shot is what you are getting your printer to out put.

Assuming that what you are seeing on your monitor, and the images coming out of your camera are the same, have you checked you color balance settings on your camera before taking the images ?
